If you are Bidder or a Guest and using Windows Vista as your Operating System, you will need to carry out the following steps to ensure that you can listen to and view the auction.
Firstly open your Internet Browser and go to:
Tools->Internet Options->Security->Trusted Sites->Sites
You must then add the following sites -
http://www.euroauctionslive.com (Require Server authentication OFF)
http://www.biddercentral.com (Require Server authentication OFF)
http://*.webtrain.com (Require Server authentication OFF)
https://*.webtrain.com
Then you need to download and install http://www.webtrain.com/cabinet/webtrain.msi
directly with all browsers closed. It might ask to remove the old
installation first, if it does click yes. Finally you must restart all browsers.
Media Requirements
Bidders or guests may listen to the auctioneer, watch the auction video or chat with the auction staff on location. (Please note that chat or video may not be available for all auctions)
